9623: FM5300 boots forever after firmware update

Hello, after updating firmware from version 1.5.4 to 2.2.2 my FM5300 is not accessible.

The status led is blinking fast and endlessly.

It's no longer visible as a COM port and I cannot connect to it via cable/PC.

Neither terminal or configurator are able to see it (as the COM port is not there).

It seems like it's booting forever (at least more than a few hours).

I already tried all sorts of combinations. With/without battery, USB cable, antennas ... nothing changed the behavior of the device.

I have no contact with the previous owner of the device and no idea who is the sales manager accountable for this device. We already lost another device in the exact same way.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

hi there i have the some problem after upgrading one of my 6 fm5300 devices.(FM5300.01.07.79.Rev.0.e)

after finishing upgrade the device flash rapidly led status, and nothing

no connection with pc nor with usb nor with serial cable!

is ther any solution?

i installed terminal and this is what i get

my bootloader seems to be 05.16

somewhere in this forum read that need reflashing not upgrade

is it possible to sent me the fw at alarmskantia@gmail.com in order to fix the problem!
