Hi So,

Greetings!

Please follow the steps below.

1. Check if you have configured the correct APN of your simcard.

2. Check if you have configured the correct server details, IP address, Port Number and Protocol should be correct.

3. Check if you have enough data balance on your simcard.

4. Check if you have registered your device IMEI to your server.

5. Lastly check if you have implemented codec 8 or codec 8 extended to your server.
