Hi Teltonika people,

I'm facing out to connect an FMC640 (latest firmware) with a CAN-Control module without any success.

Do You have any tip to let me know in order to make everything  working? CAN module is working but seems to be any RS232 connection with FMC640.

There is some particular setup to create? There is some pin to pin connection that diffears from the online schematics?

May I know if you have tried connecting the CAN-CONTROL using Mini-USB to FMC640? An example can be found here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC640_CAN_adapters#Installation_steps

Please check under the supported vehicle list if the vehicle you are testing is listed. https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/CAN-CONTROL#Supported_vehicles_list

Unfortunately I've also tried to connect it via mini USB (and test the connection by SMS)  without success. The reply to the SMS command is : Prog0 SWDate:000000 SWRev:0 KernVer:0 Opt:0 ST:0x00 ID:0x0000000000000000.  

Can-Control module is correctly connected to the power connection (the LED blinks if device is resetted). I've also tried to switch RX and TX cables.

I'm also sure that the CAN-Control module is fully functional because it works if connected to an FMC130 tracker. Of couse the vehicle attempted to connect is on the list provided by Teltonika.

What else should I check?
