We have a rare situation with some FMC130 devices, they stop sending GPRS data, the technicians have to disconnect power and internal battery and then connect again to make them work again.

We believe it happen when the device moves inside areas where no cellular signal is available and then back to area with signal, the device does not recover GPRS link again. No matter what SMS command we send, the device does not answer.

Any help will be appreciated.
