Can you please explain more details about what do you mean with "status transfer protocol"?

Maybe you mean Teltonika's communications protocols? if so, please refer to this link:

Hello, thank you for your question.

"Failed to get status transfer protocol features" may appear when your configurator version does not support your current device firmware.
