Is internal battery connected and battery voltage visible in the configurator ?

How is battery charge mode configured ?

The voltage is visible,charge mode when needed,I change the internal battery,but same problem when disconnect main power,the unit shutdown.

Understood.

Please change to "always" and anfter battery is charged check if device could work on battery.

What is power voltage supply level and device firmware version ?

Please disconnect and reconnect the external power and internal battery. Please send the “cpureset” and “sdformat” SMS commands to the device in the same order. Ref.: FMC125 First Start and FMC125 SMS/GPRS Commands
