The configurator shows SIM2[active] and the PIN is properly enabled. I have also tested the PIN and with a phone and we receive SMS's properly.

Any idea of what the problem could be?

I've tried sending for example [space][space][cpureset] and [space][space][getinfo] as well as adding a usename and password and replacing them by space. No reaction or SMS back. I use a FMC640 and it shows up on the configurator etc without any problems

UPDATE : i've added my number to the GSM predefined number, and now anytime I send a message I get it back as an echo. But it still doesn't obey the SMS commands like it's supposed to
