Hey Teltonika,

i just purchased a FMT100. I'm not able to connect via bluetooth. The configurator shows my device, but then gets stuck on "collecting data". After 1 minute or so it crashes. The LEDs on FMT100 stop blinking.

Connection via USB is no problem.

FW 03.25.15 rev.02
Configurator 1.6.4_B.3.25_R.8

Win10 21H1 19043.1083

Do you have any suggestions?

I will suggest installing the latest firmware for FMT100, as shown here and test the device again. We would like to inform you that we do not share firmware files/updater and other files in the community forum. To receive firmware files, updater, and documentation on devices, please contact your sales manager. I contacted teltonika sales and they provided me with a new firmware. BUT they suggested next time i should ask my vendor (dealership) where i bought the device first. blush

With new firmware everything works perfect!
