Hello team,

In the recent Teltonika Newsletter was published really smart and convenient feature, making available the officially released base firmware in the FOTA WEB.

However, when Global Firmware is assigned to a device, the task always gets cancelled.

If I try to download the firmware in order to update the device with the configurator, we get 401 | UNAUTHORIZED error.

Would you please advise on when this feature will become fully available, or there is something else that I am missing?

Buenas tardes compañero, tendrías que pedirlo a tu proveedor GPS, aun no se encuentra disponible en FOTA WEB. Tengo el firmware FMB.Ver.03.25.18.Rev.08.e.xim cualquier duda consultame.

Hello.

We are aware of this issue and are currently are looking into it, so should be solved soon. In a meantime if you have an urgent need to update firmware you can upload firmware file on your account, go to files section of FOTA WEB, copy the ID of the file you have uploaded and when creating new firmware update task just copy and paste that file ID in firmware tab and that file will be instantly located. Once assigned, task should complete successfully.

contact your sales manager.
If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official

and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

Everything has been resolved, you should no longer have any difficulties updating devices using Global Firmware.
