Hello,

Thank you for query.

Only one eventual crash record is generated only if crash trace is disabled. However, you have full crash trace with IOs enabled, which means crash data is collected with frequency, defined by Trace ODR (Hz) parameter in configurator. You can find more information here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Template:FMB_Accelerometer_Features_settings#Crash_Detection

Hope this helps,

Best regards

what if I want full IO's but not the data collected with frequency? The least I need is the x y and z axis values

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please explain your solution in more detail, if possible please specify what type of data is required?

If we understood your issue correctly, you require to receive only single crash data packet. If so, you should disable crash trace functionality, by selecting "Crash Trace" - "Disable"

When crash trace functionality is enabled, full crash data is generated with frequency specified in configurator. I/O elements and crash trace data are sent when "Trace Full with I/O's" is selected.

Axis X/Y/Z I/O elements sending is configured at I/O section of configurator.

Hope this helps,

Regards.

Thanks so much for the response

I require the unit to generate one crash packet with relevant IO's. (not packets by the frequency. Right now it generates many many packets for a single crash)
