While uploading csv file in FOTA WEB, it is showing bad file struchure.

We have downloaded the demo file and then uploaded. Why is it like that?

Hello Julna,

Thank you for letting us know about your issue.

When saving the document as .csv file a new window appears field delimiter must be set to "," and text delimiter left blank, then you can save it.
