Hi

i have 2 different trackers * one in my car and the other on my motorcycle and i observe that when reach uptime 24hours both of them goes offline for about 20min and after goes online ,any idea why this happens

* fmb920 ,fmb204  very good gsm ,gps signal

Thank you for your question,

• Can you confirm that both devices go offline at the exact time after 24 hour interval? If possible please provide a more detailed description of device behaviour.
• Are you sure that it is not server side issue, could you provide us with the responses to SMS commands "getstatus", "getinfo", while devices stop sending the data to the server?
• If you are able please provide screenshots of GPRS / System / Data Acquisition settings.
