Hi, 

I have a new FMB120 which CANNOT get connected to the Configurator (while I have managed to do so successfully for more than 25 units to date).

Once the micro usb cable is plugged into the FMB120, the message "Not Supported" appears.

Is there a way to resolve this problem or do I have to return it to the seller (Eurodk.com)?

Hello,

Could you try using configurator version 1.2.13_C.001 you can download it from there: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Teltonika_Configurator_versions

If this will not help there is one more option to re-write same version firmware 03.25.05 Rev.00 using Firmware updater. If you do not have firmware updater please contact to your sales manager or re-seller. And one more thing make sure that there is all resistors on PCB board look carefully maybe some of them are damaged(fallen down if device was taken out from case). Let me know how this will end.
