Question

Device FM3001:

Just installed the device in a car, performed auto calibration and I notice that the device is reporting harsh acceleration, i.e. AVL 253 = 1, when the vehicle is slowing down.

It should be reporting harsh braking instead.

Any idea why? Is the auto calibation wrong? How do I verify?
