I am a PM in mobile operator JSC MegaFon (Russia). Our client inform us that there is no connection from ip-address 193.201.231.180 to the site at 35.156.7.140. We try to check connection but we was informed that 35.201.231.180 doesn't answer on ICMP requests. Which address of this site we can test by ICMP for finding problems with connection from MegaFon's ip-subnet 193.201.231.128/25 (wrong routing, blocking, etc.)

Teltonika's IP address is 35.156.7.140 for fota-web. Ports are listed in Teltonika's wiki page.

Thank you for your answer. But I need additional info. Our client informs us that his device has connection with service at 35.156.7.140 from IP, which was given him by other mobile operators: MTS and BeeLine. We don't use service FOTA-WEB, we are service-provider and we have to check that IP-packets access the server at 35.156.7.140 (or - not access). It will be grate if you can give us IP in the subnet for this server which should be tested by ICPM sending or telnet connection.

35.156.7.140 is our load balancer and it will not respond to ICMP. However, connection can be tested by connecting to port 5000, 6000 and 7000 with telnet client - you will be able to see if connection can be established.

Please keep in mind, that in 2018 Roskomnadzor blocked russian users from a large range of IP addressed bond to Amazon AWS cloud and most likely it (35.156.7.140) will not be available for You without some VPN or proxy solution.
