Question

I have a FMB640 here and I want to log some canbus data. I have set the following settings:

Data acquisition:
Min period: 5
Min saved records: 1
Send period: 30

It sends data only once, 6 records. Then it stops sending. When I check the logs I see

This is quite annoying, it works again when I format the MicroSD card for 1 AVL packet, then it stops again and gives the error Bad record deleted ...
 

When I don't use the microsd, it works, but then it can only save 8 records and gives the error: memory full;

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know about your situation.

We would like to recommend to format Your MicroSD card  through the Device configurator.

Or you can format it with SMS command by sending message to Your device GSM number:

1. <login><space><password><space>sdformat. For an example:Login Password sdformat

2. If you haven't set up SMS login and password you should use  <space><space>sdformat. <space> is spaces in your SMS message.

I know how to format the microsd card, but the problem keeps reoccurring after one upload to the server.

Is this maybe a bug in the software?
