TELTONIKA AT1000 GPS FIX TROUBLE.

using configurator VER.2.0.2.9, firmware 0.02.62.  newer configurator not working becouse my old firmware.

i do not have firmware updater, maybe very old firmware couse that server seing gps cordinates that now it is in Netherlands from where i bought it, but now it is in Lithuania.

Thank you for your question,

Have you tried resetting the device? Are you sure that device has not been moved into location where the GPS signal would be blocked?

You could try updating the firmware of the device, in order to receive required files / updater / firmware etc. please contact your sales manager.
