Question

FMB125 and LV CAN200 are connected to a Kia Rio with program code 11979.

However, no CAN information is being read on Configurator tool, there are 3 green boxes-Door Status,Program Number and Module ID, I believe two more boxes below as well, so 5 total in green.

No CAN info is being recognised.

Am I missing a step?

Would you mind providing us information on the vehicle Kia Rio, what year is this vehicle produced?

Which schematics are you using, if possible provide us with the document name.

Are you able to read values of these parameters in the configurator:

CNG

Oil Level

If possible send SMS command 'lvcangetinfo' to the device and provide us with the response.
