Teltonika de Chile is not selling to small GPS companies, instead, traspass all costumers to another company named Tecnosoulles, this company doesn´t provide technical support, everything is slow with them and they donsn´t provide acces to Fota Web, we are very tired of them and starting to test Ruptela and BCE.
