hello,

thanks for help me;when try to connect device to configurator,i have this message "Configurator version does not correspond to FM firmware version.Software version like x.1.27.y should be used to configure your device.

It means, that your Firmware version does not match the configurator version.

Probably your configurator is quite old compared to the firmware.

Please contact your sales manager and he will provide you with the FTP logins where you will be able to find the newest firmwares and configurators.

There is 01.27.xx FW -> and configurator. Use 01.27.32 zip.
