I've got Teltonika Fm2200 since 2-4 years and I used a SIM card and I charge it to keep me updated of the place where my car is through an application called GPS trace but now I use it and it's not tracking my vehicle, what Should I do?

Hello,

If your device was unused or only now you have noticed, that the GPS has stopped working, this may be caused because of GPS Rollover.

If this is the cause, the right firmware with GPS Rollover FIX will fix this problem. To get this firmware, please contact your sales manager.
