Hi, I am trying to configure a DTU-E CAN fuel sensor to a FM6300, I input all parameters in Manual CAN 2 where I have it connected, but I can't save them, everytime I disconnect the GPS device from the computers the parameters dissapear, any ideas on what I should do or what I am not doing? Thanks

Thank you for your question,

Could you please specify:

What version of firmware you are using?

What version of configurator you are using?

Could you confirm that after creating configuration and saving to device you can not load the parameters from the device by pressing "load" ?

After opening configurator you should be able to load from file, the configurator does not save the setting after closing it.

Provide information on these points, we will make sure we can provide answer to solve the issue.
