Hello,

when I try to connect to FMB120 via Bluetooth in Teltonika Configurator, I can see "Collectiong Data." and after about 30 seconds Configurator closes.

Connection with Android App isn't possible either.

FMB needs to be installed fix and USB connection won't be possible, bluetooth has to work. USB works fine.

Have you enabled bluetooth functionality?

This is debugging via bluetooth 3 connection by the way.

yes of course. On windows there is a connection between PC and FMB120, but when I trie to connect, Configurator crashes. In (n-2) or (n-1) of n cases. Android app crashes every time. Betwween phone and device there seems to be a connection.

Canged name, pin, set to none, set to mac list, tried the most stable power supply, ...??

Should be the lastest versions. Device is completely new.

These are the errors I get IF I get errors, most of the time there are only crashes. Is it a hardware problem of the device? Then I would send it back to the seller.

zip all logs and
