5850: Teltonika FM1120,FMB920 vehicle device showing parking time and idling wrong time

Dear Team ,

The Teltonika device configuration Sucessfully after device connected to hosting website (wialon)after checking report and monitor panel, The Vehicle  stopped and engine is off and stationary showing "Engine is on ", the report also showing Vehicle idling time and parking time show same timing . The mean time Vehicle is off and parking but it is showing idling time .what was issue. Please help me on this.

Hello, Baskar,

  • Could you please specify, which of the ignitions sources are used in your configuration?
  • Also what are your settings regarding static navigation?

Please provide more information on these points so we could provide you with a possible solution.

Hi,

We configured Ignition Source - Digital Input 1 also Static Navigation Model -Disabled. Stop Detection Source -Ignition.

We connected to through OBD Port - When Engine is off removed key it is showing message showing Engine is on continuous idling on.
