In short:

1. We tested our devices with 4 different GPS modules, but missed 1. I.e there were some devices which were manufactured -> and for whom rollover issue applies.

2. We updated all firmwares for all devices which were affected.

If your old devices have gps rollover problem:

Please contact your sales manager to receive correct firmware version that will solve the issue,

Information you have to provide to sales manager:

  • The exact number of devices
  • The firmware version that is currently used by devices

Additionally you can find latest FW versions for EOL products: https://teltonika.lt/policies/eol/

All of whom have downloads available, like FM41/42 - should have latest FW versions with fixed gps rollover problem.

But if latest FW there does not solve it - just contact sales manager and they will provide working FW for you.
