is there a way to Configure Unplug and crash Feature through sms, because we are installing them on the remote vehicles and we want to have ability to configure them remotely through sms.

Hello, 

Yes, you can configure via SMS.

Example:

To set Movement source as GPS you have to send SMS "login password setparam 100:2"

Login and password - set by user , if there's none, you have to leave two gaps 

100- ignition source parameter ID

2 - parameter value (in this case 2=GPS)
