Question

Most of my fleet have Teltonika trackers. In the past few weeks we have no GPS on most of them.

Can anyone tell me what happened and what the fix was?

I did send an e-mail to support at Teltonika but no response.

I will keep trying I guess.

probably it could be because on last April 6, all old GPS devices has a  internal register "overflow"

If you check news, most GPS devices manufactured before year 2009 could have an "overflow" bug on its firmware.

It is derived from how firmware uses date/time from GPS data.

If you can uncheck some kind of "date/time syncronized with GPS" probably it will works again.

Please contact your sales manager to receive correct firmware version that will solve the issue,

Information you have to provide to sales manager:

• The exact number of devices (what type of device you have).
• The firmware version that is currently used by devices. Can get this info via getver sms command.
