4660: FMB640 can't send AVL packs to the server

Hello.

I'm using a few FMB640. Sometimes (predominatly on stops) devices can't send packs. On the server connection indicator displayed "device connect" only 3-5 sec.

When I send SMS commands, it send actual information (GPS, IO, GSM). After flush command I recive this answer (ip and port is actual): "FLUSH SMS Accepted. 3549 records found on FLASH. Minimum Records to Send: 1.Gprs[0]:1 Server 0 Enabled: 1. Server 1 Enabled: 1. Time Sync: 1."

Answer after getstatus command: "Data Link: 1(22) GPRS: 1(1) Phone: 0 SIM: 0 OP: 25001 Signal: 4 NewSMS: 0 Roaming: 0 SMSFull: 0 LAC: 19851 Cell ID: 5136 Network Type: 1 SIM1"

How, I can reset all settings to default via SMS command?

I get the same behaviour, firmware v00.03.50

I have been noticing some issues that iTunes could not backup the iPhone data since I have connected it to the router. But why such a problem will occur being in the wifi. Shall I try some other methods for the backup?
