Our FM1100 and FM2200 are no longer working in the same fleet and with the same software where our FM1120 are still working. What could be the problem?, what can we do? WE have hundreds of them in the fleet.

Please contact your sales manager to receive correct firmware version that will solve the issue,

Information you have to provide to sales manager:

  • The exact number of devices
  • The firmware version that is currently used by devices

Same with me.

 All FM1100 stops working at the same moment. Newest firmware (FM11XX.Ver.01.27.29.Rev.00) does not help. When I receive data with Teltonika Tcplistener and try to decode them with Teltonika Data parser I am getting a message "Corrupted data inserted".

Debugging with terminal I have message Bad GPS Timestamp, I have tried with adding NTP in configuration but I still don't have valid data from FM1100. Is there any help? I also have a lot of these devices in the system.

It works now but I have lost configuration. How can I keep configuration from fw 01.01.08?

FW versions of FM1100 / FM2200 ?

Maybe they were affected by 2018 bug so to say. Super old FW versions had GPS timestamp upper limit at 2018 middle of the year something.

Then we updated most of devices base firmwares to latest versions to fix this.

Id suggest you update base FW versions for those older devices: FM11/22:

at the end of pages - are links to FTP where newest base FW versionas are.

After this - devices should work properly - regarding GPS fix acquisition from FW side.

We have similar problem; this firmware works (you sent me it three weeks ago) but its not possible to update firmware using FOTA.

Only update by usb cable works. We have about 70 devices that it not possible to conect them co computer, we contact with our sales manager but he do nothing.

It take about two weeks to give us information that Your compay also cant update firmware by fota, this information was in my first email - wrrr.

We asked: do You fix this - but this email was without answer

I use FOTA to upgrade firmware to version FMA1YX.01.26.01.Rev.99.e and it was OK, devices were upgraded, then we want to upgrade to version FMA1YX.01.27.32.Rev.0.e.CFW.e but its not possible,

Upgrade proces start but terminate with errors, usualy lost conection or flashig failed.

We try few times, on few devices. All time the same problems. Its only possible by usb cable
