4190: FMB001 causing Engine Management Light issue

Hi, I am installing FMB001 devices in multiple vehicles. So far I have installed 6 devices and 5 of them have caused vehicle issues. 2 x Izuzu Grafter, 2 x Range Rover Sport and 1 x Ford Custom.

The engine management light is now ON in all of these vehicles. What is this issue? My clients are very worried and I am going to have to pay to have them fixed. Is anyone else having the same issue? Its a massive problem and I have some very angry clients!

Not sure if this would be similar but I had a new style BMW 5 series on loan from BMW and when I plugged in a Canbus adapter (not Teltonika) it caused issues with the alarm, apparently the dealer can program the car to sort the problem, however the issue went away as soon as the unit was unplugged.

It didn't bring on any lights though.
