Hi Teltonika,

We need uptade fw on FM5300, but after these uptade device enter in boot mode all the time. How can exit of boot mode?

The led status is blinking fast continously.

Hello,

In case the device is stuck in a "bootmode" a firmware flashing is required (not an update).

1. First make sure device was updated correctly, try reverting to previous version. 

2. If step 1 does not help contact your sales manager, our support engineers would help you to solve this issue via remote assist.

I updated to latest firmware on a FM5300M, but it does not work anymore after successful update via USB using methods of teltonika's manuals.

No LED flash at all...

Can you guys help with this?
