Thank you for your question. What kind of SMS are you sending and to what device? If you are using username and password, do you include them to SMS? 

SMS structure(using user and password) is as follows:

<login><space><password><space><command>

Example :

Also is your APN entered correctly?

Is your number added to "Authorized numbers" list?
