28679: FMC640 IMEI 00000000 After SIM Insert

Hey all,

I got some FMC640's in on SIM insert to two of the three that I got for a PoC test, the IMEI was 00000000 when I hooked it to power and USB.  Is there anything I can do to fix this as it won't connect to AT&T with no IMEI.
