Recentemente comprei alguns módulos FMB130, não conhecia os equipamentos da Teltonika. Então peguei um módulo e coloquei na bancada de testes para conhecer melhor. Mas mudei o pin padrão que é "5555", e agora não lembro qual pin coloquei. Tentei algumas vezes até bloquear o módulo. Agora não consigo acessar e alterar as configurações, o software pede uma chave para desbloquear. Encaminhei um e-mail para Teltonika, mas o suporte é péssimo, a pessoa em questão não responde, não dá nenhuma orientação. Então estou completamente desapontado. Acho que joguei meu dinheiro no lixo.

Não é possível que eu compre algo e não me pertença.

While I cannot directly assist with unlocking the module, please reach out to us via the VIP Helpdesk and provide them with the unlock code and IMEI.. or contact your sales manager/distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill out the form and submit it.

Thanks for the feedback, I had already done as you explained, but the response I got in my email is the same as yours.

That I should open a ticket at the (VIP Helpdesk), it turns out that I don't have an account there, I'm an end customer.

It is not possible that there is no way out of this problem, after all, Teltonika only exists because there are final consumers who use its products.

I have the invoice for the purchase, and your partner company that sold me the modules has no idea how to solve it.

Finally, I really don't know who else to turn to.

As a last attempt, I'm going to get on LINKEDIN and get as much contact as possible with the directors, CEO or whoever I can find there, to forward my problem to them.

It is not possible that the company does not have a standard procedure for these cases, instead of throwing the customer from one side to the other, even knowing that nothing will come of it.
