Yes, it is possible to connect the Teltonika Eye sensors and beacons to the application to write and read the data from Eye beacons and Sensors.
For this, the application should closely follow the GATT attributes in order to handle the eye devices' data and should support BLE 4.0 technology
GATT stands for Generic Attribute Profile. It is a specification within the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol stack that defines how Bluetooth devices communicate and exchange data.

There are two protocols that are used by Eye devices mainly:
Eddystone and iBeacon

Both protocols have different data handling procedures and packet structures.
