28388: FMC130 has the problem in gprs connection and executing the SMS commands even though

Hi Dears,

I have FMC130 devices with firmware 03.27.13.Rev.443

The problem is that the GPRS hang and the devices don't execute the SMS commands even though the call to the devices is work and ring.

How can I solve this problem.

Hello Muneef,
I recommend you first to check on the structure of the SMS commands that you are using. SMS command will differ depending if you have set an Authentication or not of the device itself. Kindly refer below for more information:

If Authentication is set: <SMS login><space><SMS password><space><command>
If no Authentication is set: <space><space><command>

Moreover, you can monitor the sent/received SMS on the device Configurator on Status Info under GSM Info Tab. https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMC130_Status_info#GSM_Info
