28341: FMB130 sending current data before old data.

I'm having problems with some teltonika devices that stay a few days without communication. 

The devices store the data correctly, however, when the data is transferred, the equipment sends 1 current AVL and only then sends the old data. This is causing serious problems in data processing on my server, as my entire system is designed to handle data in chronological order.

The device is configured to send old data. 

I would like to know if this is a bug in the firmware or some extra configuration must be done.

Device: FMB130 

Firmware Version: 03.27.14 Rev: 00

Teltonika Configurator: 1.7.30_B.3.27_R.29

SO: Windows 10

Hello, when sending data, the device sends high-priority records first, only after that, it will continue sending old records.
Each record packet includes a timestamp that can be used to sort the records.
