I managed to program my fmb125 device and luckily it connected to FOTA WEB. The challenge is when I login to the GPS tracking platform wer it's saying the device never made contact. How do I make the device come online

I'm having this issue as well. I've tried with 2 GPS Tracking platform, and none of them managed to connect with my tracker.

I've followed the manuals and searched the platform's forum and website for solutions but nothing work until now.
