I suppose the Firmware Loaded on the device uses Special Firmware that's why it shows "Not Supported" even though the Configurator is latest. Either you need to use specific Configurator or update the device Firmware so you can change the configuration of the device.
In both cases you need reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your sales manager/distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website
