I have an FMC125 connected to a Dualcam (RS232.) Worked fine for few days then it stopped transmitting to my server. Tried sms command `cpureset` but it doesn't respond to any sms commands. Confirmed sim has data and it rings when I call it. Is there anything else I can try to revive it remotely?

I was given firmware FMB.Ver.03.27.13.Rev.367_ID1 by Teltonika support (had to go through about 4 versions before it would work with Dualcam.)

Hi, Thanks for your response. I'll send required info to our sales managers.

Update: I moved this unit to my own vehicle so I can get to it easier for diagnosing and I can confirm that after 5 days of use it stopped uploading AVL packets as before. No response to cpureset SMS command as before. When I connected my computer to it I saw that GPRS status was "Deactivated" and it stayed like this regardless of whether the ignition state changed or not, even yhough the status LED was blinking normally (normally sends an immediate update with ignition status change.) The SIM and cellular provider does not have an issue since the same SIM and specific cell tower have never had this effect on the FMB920 I had in my vehicle before this.
