I have the current scenario happening

Last week we started configuring and testing the Eye Sensors on multiple devices. fbm920, fmc125 and FMB204. Last week where able to connect to the eye sensors via the eye app on andoid 100% fine, where able to configure the device as well, and the eye sensor where starting to transmit data to the tracking devices as expected. We started ready temps and humidity readings. We are using the eye sensors for driver identification on our platform as well, and the correct eye senors where connecting the the devices indicating the driver of the vehicle. Since 2 days ago, we now cannot connect to any eye sonsor on any android phone, iphone, and also none of the devices are picking up any of the eye sensors (we have 10). the battery level last week was above 80% and we also did not make these device sleep as we did not change any configuration on the sensors. we reinstalled the eye app as well, with no luck.
