Hello! I have recently received my TMT250 GPS tracker but as you can see on the below photo the GPRS is continuously deactivated.

I have already try with other sim card but the same result.

Also i have tried the other answer that i find on the forum but with no result.

Please help!

Have you entered the correct settings for the GPRS context of configuration  - APN of your operator?

If not,  you can  do it via SMS
