I Have teltonika FMB-140 device, I'm trying to connect this device via bluetooth mobile application and debugging the results but the problem is that the device is sending data with invalid GPSElement coordinates (its giving 0,0 as lat long). Can somebody tell me how to fix this?

What is your device gps fix status? Is it has fix or no fix?
Where your device send such data? To your server or to Teletonika BT app ?

Device sends data to my server. It was working fine when it was attached to a vehicle now I have detached the device from my vehicle to debug the issues and its giving invalid location ie 0,0

Probably you have set device to sends records even without gps fix, so when you have no fix in room, device sends 0.0 as locations.
