The battery of my brand new FMB920 lasts about 5 minutes and in these 5 minutes it didn't even send 1 message to the server.
Is this normal?
The battery was not connected to the PCB when I received it, is that correct?

Hello

It depends on the condition of your battery and the configuration of your device.

Please connect devices to main power and allow the internal battery to fully charge and check again.

I've left connected to the main power for all the night, but the result was the same. I've even changed the battery with a new one that I've bought for another device, but still it lasts for just a few minutes.
