28031: multiple subnets not working on ipsec vpn

I have 3 site link by ipsec vpn( M4 - D - B)

D-site can ping both M4 site and B site.

M4-site can ping D-site but cant ping or navigate to any devices at the B site.

Iv add the B site subnet to the ipsec config on the M4 site vpn config but it not working.

The key exchange is set to IKEv2.

Boxs at sites

M4 - RUTX50

B and D site - DrayTek Vigor2962
