Hello! What is the correct form to receive data from another device that is sending data through RS485 Modbus-RTU and send it to the server with Teltonika FMC640?

I have tried whats on the Teltonika documentation but no results are shown, i have tried reading the data from another device (Not Teltonika device) that accepts Modbus RTU and the data reads perfectly, cant manage to make it work on the FMC640
