Is it possible to use the k-line input in the FMB640 device to receive OBD2 information in passenger cars?

also for cars whose OBD2 does not have CAN-high and CAN-low pins

Hello.

No, K-Line is used to receive Tachograph data so it will not work in passanger cars.

Each OBDII interface is equipped in CAN data pins
