i am merging data to one rms portal   
i have moved all  the devices  into one  location   but i cannot add the users  as the emails are registered in the now empty  portal  
how do i delete the old portal  and these emails so i can create them anew  in the one new location ?

we have an  old rms  portals  now containing no  devices or credits

i have moved all the devices  into one central  portal  and appied  the new credits

however i am unable top create admins  on the new portal  as its cliaming account already  taken  (they are on the old portals  and i have removed them  but i presume this is cached somewhere)
