Hello,
I have a problem with connecting to the FMC640 I downloaded the latest tester and firmware but I don't know how to load them

It seems like You've uploaded a special firmware version, which required a special key or specific configurator version.



Please contact Your Sales Manager with information about the FW, which was uploaded, that way it would be possible to provide You with a solution regarding this issue. Additionally, You may update the FW to the base version (01.02.22.Rev.04) via FOTA WEB. For information about the latest FW versions, please refer to the following wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Firmware_versions
