You can use Bluetooth Temperature Sensor.

You can choose from the sensors below:

Bluetooth Temperature & Humidity Sensor - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

EYE Beacon and EYE Sensor (teltonika-gps.com)

You can also buy sensors from the market which support Bluetooth 4.
